This agreement marks an important development step in the cooperation between training and research facilities and businesses in the semiconductor IC field in the province.
The centre will focus on training high-quality human resources, scientific research and technology transfer, contributing to promoting the development of the province’s semiconductor IC industry.
Accordingly, the two sides will focus on developing advanced training programmes, providing not only theoretical knowledge but also practical skills for students.
This aims to improve the capacity of students and prepare them to become professionals and high-quality experts in the fields of electronics and semiconductor IC.
Building a training programme in IC Engineer at Lạc Hồng University is also an important part of this cooperation.
The programme is comprehensively developed to meet the increasingly demanding requirements of the labour market and industry, helping students gain the in-depth knowledge and skills needed to succeed in their future careers.
The two sides also commit to supporting research and technology development in the semiconductor IC industry through creating favorable conditions for research activities, innovation projects and technology transfer.
They hope to contribute to promoting the growth of the electronics and semiconductor IC industry, and economic development in the southeast region.
Nguyễn Sơn Hùng, vice chairman of the province’s People’s Committee, said Lạc Hồng University is expected to become a prestigious and quality training unit.
The university will serve as a focal point to carry out scientific research projects in the field of semiconductors and IC, and technology transfer from advanced countries and territories in this field such as Japan, the United States and Taiwan (China).
It will provide training and human resources for the semiconductor and IC industry for the province, the Southeast region and the whole country.
