Knowledge:

– Overview of the IC design and manufacturing process, the importance of IC testing during the manufacturing process and standards related to testing
– Overview of knowledge related to DFT such as Memory test design (MBIST), IC port test design (Boundary Scan) and logic test design (SCAN)
– Detailed knowledge related to logic design (SCAN), errors (Fault) and how to check them during production
– Detailed knowledge of DFT circuit components such as compressor, decompressor, wrapper, OCC, TPI,…
– Detailed knowledge about ATPG to create patterns used in the production process, simulate the created pattern and check the results

Skill:

– Proficient in using EDA tool in designing and testing ICs at block level.

DFT Chuyên sâu cấp độ 1

Kiến thức:

– Tổng quan quá trình thiết kế và sản xuất vi mạch, tầm quan trong của việc kiểm tra vi mạch trong quá trình sản xuất và các tiêu chuẩn liên quan đến việc kiểm tra
– Tổng quan kiến thức liên quan đến DFT như Thiết kế kiểm tra bộ nhớ (MBIST), thiết kế kiểm tra port của vi mạch (Boundary Scan) và thiết kế kiểm tra logic (SCAN)
– Chi tiết các kiến thức liên quan đến thiết kế logic (SCAN), các lỗi (Fault) và cách kiểm tra chúng trong quá trình sản xuất
– Chi tiết kiến thức về các thành phần của mạch DFT như bộ nén, giải nén, wrapper, OCC, TPI,……
– Chi tiết kiến thức về ATPG để tạo pattern sử dụng trong quá trình sản xuất, Mô phỏng pattern tạo ra và kiểm tra kết quả

Kỹ năng:

– Thành thạo các kỹ năng sử dụng EDA tool trong thiết kế kiểm tra vi mạch, cấp độ block.
– Thành thạo thực hiện các bước thiết kế kiểm tra vi mạch cho 1 block như: Insertion (Check DRC, Insert Compress, Insert Wrapper, Insert OCC,….), LDRC, FM, Verification (ATPG +Simulation)
– Thành thạo trong việc phân tích và xử lý các vấn đề kỹ thuật phát sinh trong quá trình thiết kế bao gồm giải quyết các lỗi khi Insertion (DRC), nhúng thêm các mạch logic để giải quyết chúng (ECO), kiểm tra chất lượng sau khi Insertion (LDRC +FM), debug ATPG khi fail Simulation,… thông qua các dự án.

Phần 1: Giới thiệu tổng quan quá trình thiết kế kiểm tra vi mạch bao gồm:

– Các yêu cầu và phương pháp sử dụng cho việc kiểm tra vi mạch khi sản xuất. Tầm quan trọng của DFT trong quá trình sản xuất
– Giới thiệu về thiết kế kiểm tra bộ nhớ (MBIST), thiết kế kiểm tra port của vi mạch (Boundary Scan) và thiết kế kiểm tra logic (SCAN). Giới thiệu về các lỗi (Fault) và cách kiểm tra chúng trong quá trình sản xuất.
Mục tiêu: Thông qua phần này sẽ giúp cho học viên có các được kiến thức cơ bản về thiết kế kiểm tra vi mạch

Phần 2: Chi tiết chuyên sâu về các thành phần dùng để kiểm tra vi mạch bao gồm:

– Hoạt động bộ nén và giải nén, SPC, X tolerance HASS Flow, HSS Flow, Hybrid Flow. Các thành phần liên quan đến Wrapper Core, DFT Mode, TPI, OCC,…

Mục tiêu: Thông qua phần này sẽ giúp cho học viên có các được kiến thức chuyên sau về các thành phần thiết kế kiểm tra vi mạch

Phần 3: Giới thiệu về EDA tool sử dụng cho DFT phần Insertion

– Chi tiết các bước khi nhúng các thành phần DFT vào vi mạch.
– Thực hành với block đã cho sẵn bao gồm thiết lập trước khi insertion, debug DRC, nhúng các thành phần DFT vào vi mạch, kiểm tra kết quả đầu ra bằng LDRC + FM,…..
